The Tee–Off
Located in Beaufort, South Carolina, Secession Golf Club is one of the most recognized golf clubs in the United States. It is truly a throw back to an earlier, gentler era. Secession describes itself as an old–fashioned golf club in the most traditional sense of the word. The need arose, however, for some high–tech storage solutions to elevate the club's performance.

The Challenge
With over 750 members, the club's need was to accommodate a large number of golf bags at any given time. Due to the nature of the facility, there was simply not enough room to store all of the golfer's bags. The existing bag storage system/caddy shack could not accommodate the up to 250 golf bags that the club determined could be on site at any given time.

The Solution
The High Density Bag Storage System, designed by Modern Business System owner Bill Pitts, provided the solution the club was seeking. The system nearly doubled the volume of golf bag storage, in a neat and orderly fashion, without having to increase the existing storage area. The actual capacity now exceeds the 250 bag requirement and will also handle all of the tournaments.
